Talk about bad timing…

After learning recently that Vivica Fox is facing a lawsuit from her former business partner, it’s now being reported that her reality TV show, Vivica’s Black Magic, has been canceled after one season.

According to Variety, Lifetime decided not to renew Fox’s reality show for a second season. The show captured Fox’s business involvement in Black Magic, a male strip club.

Her former business partner Jean-Claude LaMarre is now suing Fox for libel, slander and intentional interference. He is also claiming that Fox stole his strippers.

Fox has been the center of controversy in the LGBT community when she claimed the club was only meant to target women.

Apparently LaMarre had a difference of opinion when he spoke to TMZ, regarding her statement.

“The comments were out of order, and it does not represent our attitudes toward the LGBT community. All are welcomed.

Vivica speaks for herself not the business or the show.”

Was the show cancelled because of the behind the scenes drama or poor ratings?

You be the judge.
